Miss your chance to get a free tree for your yard this spring? Well, you’re in luck! We have a limited quantity of trees that were not picked up at our citywide events, and we’re hosting a special first-come, first-served giveaway this Saturday, May 2 to distribute them! We’ll be at the Dell Music Center at 2400 Strawberry Mansion Drive in East Fairmount Park from 10:00am-12:00pm. Join us!

While we do not have any more fruit trees available, we do have several large- and medium-sized shade trees, as well as some smaller flowering trees. Get more information on the available species here. Again, this event is first-come, first-served while supplies last, and some species are already sold out.

If you can’t make it this Saturday, you’re STILL not out of luck! (Tree lovers in the City of Arborly Love are really, really lucky.) We still have several Community Yard Tree Giveaways – smaller events hosted by our community partners – scheduled in Hunting Park, Germantown, Parkside, Lawncrest, South Philly, and Kensington.
