TreePhilly is a program of Philadelphia Parks & Recreation. We strive to empower Philadelphians to enrich life in their neighborhoods through the planting, care of, and connection with trees. We work to reverse the city’s unequal and declining tree canopy by providing resources and education, and nurturing relationships between neighbors, institutions and the land we live on.
Through our Community Yard Tree Giveaways, we provide community members free trees to plant in their yards! With each Tree a resident receives, TreePhilly also gives out a packet of print materials covering useful services and information.
