Spring 2014 Season

City of Arborly Love launched in the Spring of 2014 to promote TreePhilly’s spring yard tree giveaway. The campaign began two weeks before Valentine’s Day with the installation of temporary signs in Rittenhouse Square. The signs were shaped like speech bubbles and featured bright red “love notes” from the trees, saying things like “I’m nuts about you.” The campaign culminated in a press conference where an anthropomorphic tree gave a speech about how to register for a free yard tree in Philly!
